TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promotion commences at 5pm EST Wednesday 26th of March 2008 and concludes 11.59pm Sunday 20th of April 2008 (“Promotion Period”). Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to attendees who visit www.ubdsurf.com.au and completes the online survey. Management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
3. To enter simply complete the online survey which can be found under “complete our survey and win” section of the microsite Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Entries close 11:59pm Sunday 20th of April 2008. Eligible Entrants may enter the competition only once.
4. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries and entries which contain inappropriate or offensive material are ineligible to win. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period.
5. One winning entry will be chosen on Tuesday 22nd of April 2008 at the Sensis Pty Ltd 222 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne Victoria from all valid entries received.
6. The winner, as selected in accordance with these terms and conditions, will receive 1 x UBD limited edition Malibu Surfboard. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The winner will be announced on the microsite (i.e. www.ubdsurf.com.au) on Wednesday 23rd of April 2008. Winner will be contacted by telephone by Friday 25th of April 2008. Winner has until 5pm Friday 9th of May 2008 to claim their prize. If unclaimed, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at 12pm on Monday 12th of May 2008 at Sensis Pty Ltd - 222 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
7. The total maximum prize value is AUD$ 800.00. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
8. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with any prize, the Promoter may supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
9. Tax implications may arise from prizes and winners should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any requirements of law. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from this Promotion or in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this promotion, you understand and agree that the Promoter may enter your information into a database. The Promoter may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant in accordance with its privacy policy located at about.sensis.com.au/collectionstatement. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update, correct or remove any information should be directed to that office.
